How to install Next Nesting Software X

A trial version for 90 days is available.

Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 (64bit)

Download the program from here: nesting.exe [9.87 MB] or nesting.zip [3.70 MB] and run it.

There is no installation kit. Please remember where you saved it so that you can run it next time.

Apple macOS / OS X (Apple Silicon and Intel; version 10.13 or newer)

Download the .zip archive from here: nesting_macos.zip [7.85 MB].

Double-click it in Finder. It should be decompressed in the same folder as the zip archive. The name of the application is Next Nesting Software X.app.

How to report a problem?

Next Nesting Software X is released for public testing phase. If any errors occur, please report them:

• Not good enough optimization - Press Project | Save everything button and send us (by email) the created file.
• Interface or other problems - Please send us some pictures and steps to reproduce the problem.
• DXF import - First of all please read the guide regarding how dxf files should look. If you still cannot import the dxf file please send it to us by email.

Quick instructions

• Pieces to be optimized (customer demand) are introduced in Parts table. One can define true shapes by clicking the cells on the Shape column of both Parts and Stock.

• Pieces to cut from (the sheets) are introduced in Stock.

• Set some parameters by pressing button Settings.

• Press Start button. At the end of cutting optimization the solution will be graphically displayed.

• You may print and/or save it.

Terms of license

• Software is offered "as is". Please test it completely before purchase.
• License is forever (for the purchased version).
• The software can be installed on a number of computers equal to the number of purchased licenses.
• Future, major versions, are not included in price.
• If the program is moved on a new computer, it must be deleted from the current computer.
• One license cannot be used by multiple users at the same time.
• We can provide support by email only. No support by phone, fax or on site is available.
